Can I charge my clients for managing Scanby?

Yes - that's what the Manager track is for. You set your own price for setup and management and invoice your clients directly. Scanby takes no cut and isn't part of that agreement.

Do my clients pay more for Scanby because they came through me?

No. They pay the normal list price and get the same 14-day free trial. Your commission is paid by Scanby, not added to their bill.

Who owns the client's account?

Your client. The business, its data and its subscription are theirs. You're seated on it as Admin or view-only, the owner is notified when you're added, and they can remove you at any time.

Who pays the Scanby subscription?

The client pays Scanby directly. You earn 20% of every invoice they pay, net of VAT, for as long as they pay - or a one-off worth 6 months of their plan. Paid by bank transfer after a 30-day review.

What can I do on a client's account?

Whatever your seat allows: menus, orders, the cash register and settings. With Admin access you can set up and run everything; the owner can change your role at any time.

How many clients can I manage?

As many as you like. Every client shows up in your partner dashboard, and bringing many venues can unlock custom terms.

Can I switch to Affiliate later?

Yes. You can switch freely until your first referral; after that, ask our team and we'll review the change.
